I want to know if in the near future (within the next few months or alittle longer) if I am going to be given custody back of my 4 children who have been in out of home placement including if I am going to beat my criminal charges that I have been dealing with since last September that also has been playing a role in why I have not be given my children back? Please I need truthful answers and details.

I am feeling that it is going to be a very long process until you are reunited with your children but do not lose hope. Even if you lose the criminal aspect of things you can still regain your children at a later time. Just keep doing the right thing. I would highly suggest legal counsel outside of a public defender if you can afford instead of psychic opinion, Most do not read on legal.
