Hello everyone. Excuse the newbie question, but I am wondering if any other advisors are having an issue with updating their YouTube link and connecting the Skype, as Skype no longer is around dis-connected. As a newbie on the platform can anyone give me the lowdown on how to get integrated as I cannot seem to figure out how to do the video connection, right now can only do chats. Thank you.

This thread is for clients to only ask us questions. We have another forum that is the bitwine Advisors form you can post any questions you have and we help each other it only allows advisors and we are not supposed to post here.

We are only now a chat service. We also no longer have access to video, or Skype with clients so just ignore that feature. The YouTube video also does not work.
