Will my troubled and deceitful sneaky neighbors in Apt #A and Apt #B move out of our apartment building. they’re always plotting and skeming against me and my family. We pay our rent on time but they do not. They get away with everything and they’re bullies. Their fastest tactic is blasting their loud surround system , slamming doors and blocking us from parking within the apartment complex. To where we park on the outside of the street. Their trying now to slander me to other neighbors. and constantly watch me and my neighbors and coming and going on Times and days we come and Going. Also if we have certain days off during the week. They take the same days off. Even if I switch up days during the week. The next week they’ll take the same days off too. It so freaking weird. I reported these incidents to the apartment complex office. They have sent a notice to them but their all still up to no good. My neighbor across the hall in apt #D just moved recently because of those noisy and loud neighbors downstairs. I am praying that God moves those neighbors in apt #A and #B. The atmosphere and energy of the building will be so much better without them here. What you see with this situation?
