I would like to retrieve back my chat transcripts from a deleted account. Is there anyone who knows how to do that? Customer support does not reply my messages.

I am sorry luv but if the account is deleted its not likely you can receive transcripts..

the previous psychics you’ve spoken with may have a transcript of their past chats with you but it can only be accessed through a call from that account or linked account.. so if you used paypal as a payment method and call on another account it MAY recognize you as the same client and show the transcript, but I’m not entirely sure about that.
