I’m honestly not family with cord cutting, but other energy work can definitely make you feel physically tired. Drink a lot of water after energy work to flush toxin!

After working for a week where i have done more spell works.. i end up sleeping for long hours and taking a day off to rest completely as feel really drained.. in your case you just said a prayer.. it was not a magic ritual or energy work.. hence very few chances that could be a reason..
