Can you do a spiritual detox bath with regular salt? I normally do a tablespoon of vinegar and salt in hot bath water and soak.. One reader said I was off balance.. I can feel it mentally. Its like I feel hasty, but deep breathing through the negativity. Any suggestions?

Lol it’s funny how people are money hungry.. You can google free spiritual cleansings! It’s as simple as lighting a white or pink unscented candle, taking a bath in sea salt, praying, and meditating with rose quartz crystals (which you can find on ebay) trust me.. Don’t use table salt, but in a pinch Epsom salt will do. Treat yourself to some Himalayan salt. You can find almost anywhere now, but def online. Good luck!

The negativity is from my mate in regards to his dad. I’m about to do a detox bath as I feel drained and tired. Even a bit hasty and off. I can feel the negativity. Unfortunately this is something Amadis has too fix not me.
