I am called ugly a lot by men on dating sites. It’s hard not to believe because I’ve been single for over six years. I got jaw surgery and my chin size reduced 10 weeks ago.. I think I look better but men tell me I’m still ugly and will never find a guy. I’m hoping the guy that I like and I will get together when he returns from his leave of absence. It just sucks being called ugly left and right and it’s hard not to believe when I am single and have been for so long.

You should not listen to guys on dating sites!!! You are beautiful and you have to believe it yourself also. Guys on those sites are not to be trusted, believe me..i know. But please believe that you are beautiful!

As a male, I will say this beauty is in the eye of the beholder. One person definition of beauty is not the same for another person.
I like brunette or dark haired women and do not find attractive blondes.
Also the way you perceive yourself affects how others see you. So if you think you are ugly you will attract into your life people who find you unattractive.

My self esteem is better than it was but I still get called ugly regularly.. The surgery I got made me look and feel better. Just not a fan of being single.. Hoping to start dating someone in July.. Someone I like..

I had plastic surgery for my own self esteem, but it’s a cosmetic fix. Learning and knowing your own beauty from the inside out is the key. When you see this the tides will shift and you’ll start to realize that men are attracted to you. You’ll feel the confidence and they will also and that’s what will attract a man. Men who look at women for looks only are a waste of your time, trust me they are immature and don’t truly understand how to be in a relationship. Also any man who flat out tells a women they are ugly have deeper seeded issues and you should pity them, their reflecting their own self image onto you.

Jenny, I happen to also have a long jaw line and an asymmetrical face but my body and fashion style, big lips, and overall sexy aura makes men hit on me all the time. While they don’t straight up tell me there is something wrong with my face, I get these weird stares at the first few seconds but once they get to know me a bit they think I’m the hottest and most unique chick ever.
So don’t believe all these shallow men on dating sites, I’m sure that if they get to know you they will change your mind.

I have seen your before and after pics and none of them were ugly. Those men who tell you otherwise have issues or else they’ll be focusing on those that they think are not ugly – infact, they don’t know what they want—NEXT. My friend recently said ‘all men are thesame, get married to the first one that wants to marry you.’ Make sure the man you end up with treats you the way you want to be treated – that’s when you know what you want. You are still single because you just haven’t met him yet ;)
