Hello everyone! I’m on my second week of my new job caring for a patient! We had one nurse quit after 2 days of orientation, I’m a nursing student.

Why did the other nurse quit? Was it too hard for her? I mean it’s a lot of work but it’s rewarding to me for my experience. It hasn’t been easy but I’m getting better. :)

I’m wondering also if my anxiety is going to calm down as I get better too.
