A simmer pot is a magical, cozy way to clear your home’s energy and transform your space into a high-vibe sanctuary. Combining the raw power of elemental fire and water with aromatic botanicals, it releases steam that purifies physically while sweeping away stagnant emotional energy spiritually. Unlike smoke cleansing, a simmer pot uses gentle moisture to release volatile botanical oils, inviting fresh warmth into every room.
Ingredients & Magical Properties
Citrus (Orange & Lemon): Solar energy that breaks up stagnation, elevates mood, and draws in joy.
Apple: Linked to love, protection, wisdom, and comforting sweetness.
Cinnamon Sticks: Amplifies intentions, heats up stagnant energy, and attracts prosperity.
Hibiscus & Rose Petals: Infuses space with Venusian charm, self-love, and emotional healing.
Bay Leaf: Master intention setter. Write what you wish to manifest or release directly on the leaves.
Rue & Lemongrass (Erva-Capim): Heavy-hitter cleansing herbs. Rue shields against negative eyes, while lemongrass restores mental clarity and clears the astral plane.
Simple Step-by-Step Guide
Fill Your Pot: Fill a medium saucepan 3/4 full with fresh water.
1. Add Botanicals: Add sliced citrus, apples, cinnamon, bay leaves, rue, lemongrass, hibiscus, and rose.
3. Set Your Intention: Hold your hands over the pot and speak your cleansing intentions out loud.
4. Simmer: Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce to low heat so soft steam diffuses throughout your home.
5. Maintain: Simmer for 1–3 hours. Top off with warm water every 30–45 minutes so the herbs don’t scorch.
Once finished, let the pot cool, strain the liquid, and return the botanicals to the Earth with gratitude.
