We start the Scorpio season off with the energy of the Seven of Pentacles. It’s a period of reflection and continuing to tend the energies of the intentions we have been investing ourselves into. It’s also a moment of evaluation. Is our method of tending to our dreams really what these dreams need to grow? Use the energy of this week to assess progress and contemplate changes.

Tend to the seeds of your intentions with purpose, and dare to question whether the methods you are using are truly nurturing the future you wish to create.

Then Judgement comes around. It’s a time for us to truly look deep within ourselves and reflect inwardly. This week carries the energy of the theme of the week prior forward in a way. It’s a moment to not only reflect and look inward, but answer the call to make the changes that need to be made. A moment to move beyond the uncertainty that has been haunting our vision.

Answer the call to awaken, confront the truths within yourself, and make the changes necessary to move beyond the uncertainty clouding your vision.

Death arrives in the third week of Scorpio, and of course, this is extra fitting considering it is the card of Scorpio. I really see this as the death to the old ways of being, the death of the limiting beliefs, and the methods that have not served in the development of our dreams, of our will. It’s the beginning of the transformation. A phase to release what has already run its course, a period to release the outdated, and allow Death to bring the renewal we need. It’s a moment to shed the old, so that a new life, a new vision, a more clarified dream can emerge.

Release the outdated beliefs, patterns, and ways of being that no longer serve your will, allowing the death of the old to become the birth of something greater.

The fourth week brings two messages. While I was pulling The Star, The High Priestess slipped out as well. The Star is the accomplishment and manifestation of our newfound vision. After we have spent weeks confronting the aspects of what no longer belongs in our lives, we now reconnect with hope as our vision begins to take greater form. Things are different now. We have clarified what changes need to be made, and now we are restoring our faith in ourselves, in our vision, and the world around us. Now we begin to imagine a future that is greater than our current circumstances. The High Priestess reflects that inner intuitive knowing we have gained, that this is a time to really listen deep within ourselves and trust that our inner knowing will guide us where we need to go. It’s fitting for the closing of Scorpio. As we have spent the energy of this month really going deep into what works and what doesn’t, what needs to stay, and what needs to go, we take with us the energy of hope and inner knowing.
