Capricorn Collective Energy Reading

The Ten of Swords comes along and reveals an end that was meant to be. We have reached our limit. We are at the end of the defeat. As horrible as the Ten of Swords is, it does indicate the end of a phase of struggle. We are moving beyond it. Perhaps some dreams have shifted, or our perception of others has shifted. Now we can step forward knowing the worst is over and a new sense of clarity is being formed. Embrace this moment, feel the pain, and look to the horizon for the new opportunities that will soon be manifesting. The Three of Swords goes deeper into the emotional body. This previous card says the worst is over, even if the pain that comes with the Three of Swords is still being processed. There is no more damage that can be done here. Surrender, accept hurt and setback, and reassess your goals and visions.

Then comes the Lust card, which completely shifts the energy. Lust is life force, desire, creative power, and passion returning after pain. This card represents reclaiming your body, your wants, and your fire after it was stifled by the energies of the swords. After devastation and heartbreak, your vitality is coming back on. You are remembering that you still want.

The Lust card is the Strength card in Rider Waite, with two distinct meanings. Waite was a Christian mystic, so his understanding of sexual energy was influenced by that, while Crowley was much more liberal in his sexual expression. Strength is the retention of sexual energy, while Lust is the divine expression of it.
