Hello and Happy Taurus Season! You may have noticed the start to this year’s Taurus season is going to be a bit intense. Starting last week, Mercury moved into Aries and right into a conjunction with Neptune in Aries. New conversations were being had. Neptune has just recently moved into Aries for the first time in about 150 years and will be there for quite some time, so embrace these new energies. Neptune is the planet of seas and the water, but in Aries, it’s like lighter fluid. Intense, powerful conversations will be sparked, but also, things are prone to combustion. Be intentful with communication, as things can spread like wildfire at this time. Mars moved into Leo on the 18th, joining Neptune and Mercury in a trine. WOW! Expect FIRE and LOTS of it. This is a time when things can really be prone to intensity. We have the New Moon in Taurus on the 27th, making this a perfect time to plant the intentions of love. The dreamy and yet earthly energy of Taurus will amplify these intentions of love this new moon. Make the most of it! Venus is heading into Aries. Aries is the god of war, moving into the energy of Venus, making for a very intense moment where our relationships will be questioned. Now is a great time to decide what is and is not working for you and make boundaries accordingly. May 4th marks a big change that will persist for several months to come. The deep subconscious will be awakened, as Pluto, which is stationed in Aquarius, goes retrograde. The underworld calls us inward. It’s time to shed illusions and rise into your most powerful self. However, this WILL be a time of turbulence and tension. Expect big changes, both good and difficult, in both yourself and the world around you. Mercury moves into Taurus on the 10th. This brings about a phase of stability and grace within communication. Things become a bit more grounded, which nicely prepares us for the coming of the Full Moon in Scorpio on the 12th. Although I have a bit of a favorable bias toward Scorpio as a Scorpio, this is going to be a very transformational moment. Deep emotions will arise, and we will process old energies that need to come up for healing. Embrace the intensities that arise over the course of this full moon. This season promises growth, challenge, and profound transformation. Use the fire to burn away what no longer serves you, and the soil of Taurus to root what matters most.
