A theme I’ve been seeing more frequently:

Companies that make work unnecessarily stressful, taxing, and inefficient for everyone involved.

Unfortunately, I see this is purposeful. It’s meant to drain people, create problems, and always have a way to shift blame to lower ranking employees. The guidance I receive is to do only what is needed to get the job done. No more. No less.

See work as a way of financing your life outside of it. Try your best to build a full life separate from that environment. That is where the riches are. That is what fortifies you.

2025 is all about shifting focus. Give energy to what is most important. Spend as little energy as possible on things that don’t feel important to you. Part of spiritual growth is knowing how to use energy efficiently.

Pour into those who pour into you.
