SOUL SESSIONS (readings_with_nicole)

In the year of 2025, we will experience great change, challenges, and a massive opportunity for spiritual growth. It is very important to mind your energy and be selective with who and what you share it with. I still watch and listen to news. I also listen to perspectives that differ from my own, but I do limit the amount of time when I consume certain material. I focus on my relationship with God and those I consider chosen family. I work with clients from around the world, and when I choose to be vulnerable, it is with people who can hold space for me and give me grace.

Everything you see on social media does not require a response. Some things are intentionally posted to rage bait, sow division, and harvest energy. Every face you see is not always the actual person behind the post.

A good way to engage with social media is to ask yourself, “Who is the intended audience for this post? Why are they posting this? What is their intention and intended outcome for this?” Just get quiet and wait for the answer. You might find that after doing that, there is no desire to respond.

Focus on local community and chosen family. If you are a traveler, it may be wise to pick a place you like and stay there for a while before traveling again. It’s very important to have roots this year. Have a beautiful New Years and 2025.
