I’ve been reading professionally for well over a decade, and even prior to that I was often labeled “too sensitive” by some people. As I continue to grow and evolve spiritually, my sensitivity only deepens. Not just in terms of thoughts, emotions, or the company I keep, but also in terms of environment.

I am increasingly more sensitive to sounds, smells, and the overall feel and functionality of an environment. It’s wild because I have lived so many places, but with each passing year my tolerance changes. Part of it is maturing physically, but I do realize it’s deeper than that.

We are all spiritual beings having a human experience, and as we merge with the divine, what we require shifts. Our bodies begin to demand things that feed the soul, and will not tolerate anything less.

For me, it is a lesson in growth and change. It’s also teaching me that certain things are no longer acceptable because they don’t match my vibration. I am slowly accepting this truth, and I share it with you, because I sense many of you may be experiencing something similar.

This is not about devaluing things. It’s about knowing your worth and what you require to thrive. As we grow, the cost becomes higher, but I’m not talking about money.
