I hope everyone is doing well this month. I know we are coming to end of 2024, and some of us may feel like there is a race to complete our goals. The message I receive from spirit is to slow down. Reflect on the things you have accomplished, and affirm that you will continue that work in the new year.

Many of us may have things hanging in the balance. Or at least, feel that way. The key is to understand that everything will happen in due time. Take a rest and a breath. Part One of the Journey is completed. Once we enter the month of January, on to Part Two.
