I have expertise working with intimacy issues, stress reduction, low self-esteem, rewriting life scripts, navigating life transitions and love struggles. I met my future wife and mother of my child when we were in 8th grade and have been walking beside her through life since then. I have experienced the heartbreak of my wife moving to New York after our senior year in high school to the joys of hearing my sons first cries and all the ingredients in between that make life challenging but rewarding. Choosing to let someone in and tell them your lifes work is no easy task and it something I take with complete seriousness.
