I possess over 21 years experience in Counseling, Life Skills and Human Psychology having worked with variety of people, by virtue of extensive experience in the above fields. To support them I have taken advantage of their own skills and potential to guide them. Guided them to take care of their emotional needs and wounds that were not allowing them to mindfully take good care of their life and relationships with others.
