Going over the transcript - it seemed a little confusing. You said I would be offered the job but that the main person on the panel wasn't sure about me and how I would fit with the current environment. Well, I was not offered the job. Turns out I was terrible at interview.

Not what I wanted to hear at all...but I guess it's best to know something's rather then stay blind to it. She didn't sugar coat if you want honesty get a reading.
