Experience
Most of what I know, what I do and what I advice comes from personal life experiences - I was born in India in to Jain faith and right from the age of 7, I've had these connections that I couldn't explain till the age of 19 when I realized the true nature of our being. I've been meditating ever since (10yrs) - I've been learning things on my own, hundreds of hours, time and money spent on reading books, listening to great speakers, thinkers, philosophers...
