I do not recommend this reader. Introductions are already done during free time but she asked again when charging starts. Details given is inaccurate and I asked for refund immediately, she told me she got it now and offered to look further, and gave more inaccurate info. Instead of allowing me to clarify, she proceeded to charge again. Hang up on me when I called back to ask for a refund
