We agreed to a deal for 15 minutes and I was charged per minute. Another charge popped up and I couldn't type nor did she cancel the charge to honor our 15 minute deal. I kept asking about the time and she said let's continue on without wasting time since it did was charging per minute. I would not have mind if she would have honored the 15 minute deal but failed to do so. I understand she is a new advisor yet if she is unsure how to work the system, she can at least honor her deal and not send another charge.
