Reading was good but At .69 a minute how was I charged $20.00 for 16 minutes. And she kept saying my time was running out and to add more money when i didn’t use all the time I just paid for. I would like a refund

SHE CHANGED HER ANSWERS TO QUESTONS, TRIED TO IGNORE WHAT I HAD ASKED, COULD NOT SEE THE SITUATION AT ALL, TRIED TO TELL ME WHAT I WAS GOING TO DO ....NO IM NOT, NOR AM I INTERESTED IN THAT EITHER! YOU CLEARLY ARENT TUNED INTO ME....CAUSE I HAVE NO INTEREST IN WHAT YOU THOUGHT I DID. SHE WAS MORE CONCERNED IN BARGAINING WHICH DEAL ID ORDER THAN ACTUALLY ANSWERING ANYTHING AT ALL.
