Awful. I went for her deal. She charged me 1.99 a minute. Totally off. Told me I would have kids. Had hysterectomy this year. Very disappointed

Chst started at 00:46 and she told me at 01:12 that 35 minutes was up. I asked politely for her to check agsin in the chst which showed 00:46 and she wouldnt confirm time of chst . I gave her a chance to recify and she offered me another deal I for more money ! Very very poor customer service, bitwine can see the transcript as im reporting this . PLEASE DONT BOOK A READING AS THIS IS NOT ACEPTABLE!

i left out information i already knew for sure and she told me the wrong info. She did have positive things to say but being she couldn't pick up on the most important part I'm unsure...then she abruptly ended the chat...but she didn't offer work and I appreciate that.

This is my third reading with this advisor and the first time was great! But I couldn't reach her for follow up due to connection issues. The second time we got disconnnected 5 times and she refunded me. Our internet connection was so poor, it was just annoying to keep getting disconnected during every chat session.
