Thanks I beg to differ on mindfulness having done several versions of it. What you are eluding to is CBT cognitive behavioral therapy which is cornerstone of depression/anxiety psychotherapy etc. anyhow thanks for your help

No connection, not sure if she was pulling runes or not as no runes were announced, only made an assumptions based on information I was keep provideding during chat, which obviously I made myself already. But I am sure that for other people she migh be connected.

This reading confused me as it started out on such an upbeat and positive note, but ended rather negatively. Melodye is a very professional, courteous and friendly adviser, however; it was just difficult to comprehend some of the contradictions, and I was left without much clarity or understanding.

She is really good at what she does. Ive began to see some of her predictions coming to fruitation and with her current and past pieces of information she has been pretty accurate.
