Advisors should not refuse a refund when there is no connection. I think she [you] knew you couldn't connect, which is why you ended the chat. I politely asked for a refund, and she claims I am not accepting what she said..I'm sorry, but everything you told me comes from what I told you. You can't ask me questions and then tell me you see the answer I gave you.
