I paid $10 for 20 minutes and all I received was about 10. All of a sudden the call ended without any notice. She did start of EXCELLENTLY, but I didn't even get a chance to ask any questions or add time. What happened?

paid for 20 minutes but got 4 minutes 2 short paragraphs kept trying to come back in but was rejected each time when showed online, didn't have this problem on other readings, not sure why wont take my call now.
