I need to calm my energies and stop overthinking. But the thing is that is how I am. So what do I DO to stop that? If I don't will I always be like this? Is that why I am never successful? I understand what was written but I don't know how to change my whole personality to change it? How do I get it so wrong?

This is an exceptionally negative reader. She picked up on all of the bad things in the past and present and none of the good! Im not quite sure what to think of her predictions because they were as dark as her reading.
