You know, if I don't have anything nice to say I usually just don't and move on.. There's no need to give an adviser a bad review, just because I didn't like what they said.. But I paid this adviser about 11 days ago and once she charged me, we got disconnected as soon as the payment went through, I have tried contacting her several times, sent her messages, tried to chat when she was online, and I have never gotten a response.. I think I gave her enough time to respond or refund my money without having to give a bad review. If after a few days that j don't get a reading, I should automatically get my money back!!

I didn't get my reading even though she answered my call and i have paid $10. Waited for 20mins on the line, until she answered "hello?" and then hang up. I messaged her privately that I would settle for a refund. I got no response. I called her just now, wouldn't answer me. I will change review if I could get a refund and response. This is awful.
