She asked what was my relationship with this person and when I said I am not really sure how to describe it at this time, I got a "maybe / maybe not" answer to my question mimicking what I said. So After I read the thread again I feel she was in fact quite safe in what she said and not very helpful to me. yes, your quote was a "maybe not".
