She didn't ask for names or dob she only asked that I focus and then asked for my first question and so forth. She was right about everything! I enjoyed the format of this session too! It was question - answer, next question - answer..No long winding of useless information, she was direct, to the point, friendly and professional and bam! Reading done. If every one working in the customer service industry were like sophea the world would be ahead by now.
