Omg, Lynn is amazing. I had the craziest travel day and didn't think I was gonna make it home because I was on standby bouncing between gates so many times. She said I would make a flight or arrive at my destination between 5-7pm. The flight left at 5:55 pm! There were 60+ people on standby just to give you an idea of how crazy accurate she is!
