She read me well and seems very nice lady BUT however answers need be more clear took a while before I finally got my answer after asking a few times on it, which can be a bit annoying, but however she seems nice person. UPDATE: PREDICTION DIDN'T HAPPEN. I DON'T THINK HER ANY OF HER PREDICTIONS FOR ME HAVE EVER CAME TRUE, THAT WILL BE THE LAST TIME I WILL GET READING FROM GODDESS SERENITY. SORRY JUST BEING NICE AND ALL ISN'T ENOUGH.

Well,to start,I do think Hailey is very sweet, kind, and beyond generous. I have spoke to her about a specific person for a year now and in that time there have been many things said that were very on point and pertained to myself and the situation. However,it has not been enough as the outcome with the situation has not followed through as was described in readings. It is disappointing but more than that, the hope is preventing me from going beyond that and moving in another direction with my life. It is deeply hurtful wishing for something that just isn't happening for so long. I know you are not God Hailey but with the information given and for so long of holding on to something that is non existent to happening isn't fair to the one hurt; me. I do thank you for your services but am hurting trying to hold on to a dream.

Im hurt and disappointed that the opposite of what she predicted has come true time and time again.. I feel betrayed as i spent so much money on her and she kept taking myoney and feeding me lies. I dont want anyone else to go through what ive been through. Ive had a thousand readings with her and not one prediction has come to pass. How can people like this live knowing the pain they cause others ? She gave me false hope and when i confronted her today she said "i dont tell any one they are doomed, its not my style of reading". Well the truth would have been nice.

Been reading with her for ages and not one predicition has come true. Ive spent thousands on her and on looking back at transcripts from months and months ago not one thing has come true. She fed me a fairy tale that she feeds every one on how i had to go out and meet new people and the guy would return. Later i found she says these things to every one and nothing she has told me has come to pass. I feel cheated.

Been reading with Hailey since July.. read thru the transcripts and not one of the predictions have happened..gave alot of names and events for me and other people but nothing has happened ..

:( Serenity and I have developed a great friendship for months now. And given this lengthy time I can now look back and say that her predictions never came true. She was right about current circumstances but things did NOT turn out how she promised they would. She also told me a lot of names that I never recognised but she claimed that I would meet them "one day". This is just an easy way out and an excuse on her part. She is a kind and caring person, but NOT a psychic. :(

I am writing this review with a broken heart. Serenity was totally WRONG about a huge event in my life. The exact opposite happened of what she promised. I was given a false assurance by her. I have to write this review to be honest and to do the right thing for all future clients. Please do NOT rely blindly on a psychic. I feel cheated :( I know she can not and will not refund my money but the pain I am going through is too much to bear and I must now pick up the pieces of my broken life without her from now on

We got cut off, hope to finish session today if possible. Edit// waiting for refund instead, hope it comes through tday. //edit: as of 3rd Sept still have not gotten refund (have checked bitwine, bank transaction and email...Nothing). Hailey says it's been processed but there is NO evidence of it :/. PLEASE refund the $75 thank you. This is just disappointing and so wrong! I was a loyal client for God sakes. Will adjust fdbk when it's been resolved. Can see reader has been online daily... Please respond to my msg thanks! EDIT// 5th Sept still waiting for money, please use 'send money' option as I mentioned nearly a wk ago, or the 'issue a refund' button in transaction details... Paypal is really straightforward so there shouldn't be such a delay.

Update - 9/11/2013: I was initially impressed with Hailey; she seemed very intuned with my situation & and the people in question. She did tell me things that sounded to good to be true, but because they were positive I was really hoping she was telling the truth. She *seemed* kind & honest, & she was very generous with her time. I say this so no 1 can say I'm being one-sided here. But I do have to be truthful about my experience. NONE OF HER -SEVERAL- PREDICTIONS CAME TO PASS! Also, be advised that there is no screening process for these advisors & they do have a forum that they all can go to & share client notes. Not saying Hailey does that, but her behavior raises all kinds of red flags to me. She seems very nice, but be aware that psychopaths & sociopaths are also very nice and intelligent (that's how they deceive you)! I really liked my readings with Hailey & was really hoping she was the real deal. But she's played all kinds of games with my emotions & I am in a lot of pain. I don't find this funny!
