I don't think she was connected at all. She kept changing what she was saying based on what I said. I don't think it's kind to just try to tell someone they are meeting their soul mate soon if they are hurting either. It doesn't make people feel better to give them false hope. Maybe it was just our connection but I told her I wasn't happy with the reading and she just left the chat. Everyone can have a different connection.
