bitwine could not be more annoying. constantly cutting out .despite this happening like 10x in one reading, Rachel was very patient, and AMAZING. hands down one of the best.

She didn't really connect but that wasn't the point. When I requested my money back, she caught a serious attitude and blackmailed me for a refund (told me to change my rating before she refunded me) That was extremely unprofessional and wrong. I'm not changing my rating again, have yet to receive my refund and REPORTED to Bitwine. I don't normally leave bad reviews because everyone deserves a chance but this was uncalled for, unfortunate and unprofessional. If you want to use her, best of luck but this was my experience and I would hate for anyone else to go through that.
