rude and unsympathetic. spent the entire reading trying to get me to spend money on a cleansing and when i said i was unsure and asked for more information, she accused me of not believing in "spiritual work" and when asked for a refund claimed that i should "shouldn't get any more readings if i expect them to be a fairytale". i know reality isn't always good, but an advisor should not be rude or unsympathetic or unhelpful just because i was hesitant about spending $100+ on something i know nothing about. i want a full refund. don't speak with this advisor unless you want to get swindled and treated poorly.
