Helpful, kind, her time frames are on pt...I know for fact... and for whatever reason they are off she will look into it and tell you why, I have always gotten great timeframes with her an specific like okay within a to b . She also is able to see directly at issue an doesn't want you to depend solely on what she says but what are u seeing as well.
