I just now started to work on here. and im having issues with people trying to connect with me my clients are emailing me telling me they cant get in touch with me but im next to my pc all day it dont do anything. does anyone know what can i do. I went to chat settings and put it to ring and still nothing.

If your on windows 8 you must look at the advisors thing for that. That maybe your issue. As well you can report issues like this to customer support
